The main goal of the project is to clarify the essence of the process of employee adaptation in an international work environment, determine its efficiency and importance for an organization and for employees themselves, and to indicate determinant factors.
As a result, it will be possible to verify the following hypotheses:
- The employee adaptation process is determined by individual features of an employee, the specific character of an organization as well as characteristics of the environment where an organization operates
- The level of work environment internationalization affects the effectiveness of employee adaptation and moderates the impact of determinants of this process
