Course of the research

For the purpose of the research, it was assumed that the adaptation process was determined by 3 groups of factors: individual, organizational and external factors (resulting from the environment where organizations operate). Therefore, the research will focus on:

  • individual employees who have experience in working in an international work environment, which will allow creating a „profile” of an individual predisposed to work in such work environment.

The research will be conducted by means of an on-line survey on the group of approx. 20-30 employees from the surveyed company, lasting max. 45 minutes.

  • organizations of various level of work environment internationalization – starting from organizations that deal only with export and have only e-mail/phone contact with their contractors, to the ones that operate globally and have representatives of various cultures or nationalities in one location

The research will be conducted by means of a structured interview with company representatives and an analysis of made available adaptation procedures (approx. 2-3 h).
