A benefit for the project participants will be, among others:

• mini-audit of the adaptation procedures along with recommendations for a particular company
• access to the prepared collective results – practices of companies in employee adaptation: it will be a type of benchmark for activities in this area
• branding activities for companies that will agree to be „protagonists” of the solutions described in scientific papers and presented at national and foreign conferences
• information for employees which competences they should develop to cope in an international work environment more effectively
