The graduate of the Cracow University of Economics in 2007, specialty: Management and Personnel Consulting, defending the M.A. thesis dedicated to modern employee development systems. A year later, she was employed as an assistant at the Department of Human Capital Management; she performs also the function of a coordinator of the postgraduate studies HCM. Member of the Association of Management Consultants and Coaches MATRIK and certified professional advisor. She was gaining professional experience in personnel department of a production company, and then in consulting-training companies where she was working as a coach and consultant. As a HR specialist by education, choice and avocation, she professes the principle that people are the most important for an organization and all efforts should be made to bring out their dormant potential. The main scope of her interests is diversity management and adaptation to work in multicultural organizations. She specializes also in training in personal and professional development, organizational culture and appraisal interviews. |

Professor of Economic Sciences in the discipline of Management Sciences. Scientific and research interests are focused on contemporary concepts and methods of human resource management, strategic and international human resource management, leadership, talent management, development of human resources and labor market. Member of the Committee on Labor and Social Policy Sciences and of the Committee on Management Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences. Member of the Editorial Board of the journal „Zarządzanie Zasobami Ludzkimi (Human Resource Management)”; Member of the Editorial Board of the Journal for East European Management Studies (Germany). The Man of the Year of HR in Poland (2008), elected in the contest of the journal Rzeczpospolita and the company „Bigram” SA. Holder of DAAD (Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst) scholarship (1987-89, 1995) and Volkswagen Stiftung scholarship (1991).

Elżbieta Kubińska, PhD

She works as an assistant professor in the Financial Markets Department of Cracow University of Economics, Poland. She holds MSc in Financial mathematics and PhD in Mathematical analysis. Her teaching and research interests are focused on behavioral finance and modelling of financial markets. She was a Visiting Scholar at several universities, she visited in University of Perugia, Agricultural University of Athens, University of Valencia, and Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics, Nanchang, China. She served as a board member of The Public Opinion Research Center (CBOS), she is Vice – President of Academic Association of Economic Psychology. Elżbieta is co-editor of Polish Journal of Economic Psychology.

The graduate of the Gdańsk University of Technology. He gained PhD Eng in 2006. Tytuł doktora nauk technicznych uzyskał w roku 2006. His career and research interests are focused on programming, computer simulations and advanced mathematical modelling. His professional experience is connected with logistic, business process optimisation, implementation and improvement of the IT systems (ERP including).
